When developing a personalized Business Property Catalogue and/or Personal Property Catalogue, there is no such thing as "one-size-fits-all" pricing. For this reason, we ask that you contact us for your personalized quote.

     * We will listen to your needs and discuss how we will meet those needs.

     * We will then formalize our pricing for you in a written Quote/Agreement - 

        not just an "Estimate".

     * We do not add a "Trip Charge" like so many service providers do.

Our approach allows you to set your budget and prioritize the property to be included. Most of our clients elect to start with their highest value items and work in descending order of value until their budget limit has been reached.

We will hand-deliver two (2) copies of your completed Business Property Catalogue and/or Personal Property Catalogue within one week of this visit. We will provide one printed copy and one thumb drive for your convenience.

As a reminder - because we are an impartial third party, our Certificate of Authenticity makes your insurance claim much stronger than if you just have a DIY asset list or no documentation at all.

And remember - for Businesses, you may be able to write off our fee as a business expense at tax time.

This means you may gain all the benefits of our services at a net zero cost!

Payment in full is due at the time AZ PROPERTY DOCUMENTATION LLC delivers the completed Business Property Catalogue and/or Personal Property Catalogue to the client. We accept cash and company or personal checks. Credit Card payments and/or virtual payment methods are not accepted.
