AZ PROPERTY DOCUMENTATION LLC PRICING

Our pricing is very simple and transparent:

We charge $10 per item to be included in your Property Catalogue.

We have a 50 item ($500) minimum charge.

There is no "trip charge", deposit or other up-front fee. You don't pay us until we deliver your completed Business Property Catalogue and/or Personal Property Catalogue to you.

Our approach allows you to set your budget and prioritize the property to be included. Most of our clients elect to start with their highest value items and work in descending order of value until their budget limit has been reached.

For context, a minimum $500 investment will provide proof of ownership documentation for between $20,000 - $30,000 in property value. 

We offer an outstanding value proposition!

We will hand-deliver two (2) copies of your completed Business Property Catalogue and/or Personal Property Catalogue within one week of the date we visit your property to complete the photo and data collection process. We will provide one printed copy and one thumb drive for your convenience.

As a reminder - because we are an impartial third party, our Certificate of Authenticity makes your insurance claim much stronger than if you just have a DIY property list or no documentation at all.

And remember - for Businesses, you may be able to write off our fee as a business expense at tax time.

This means you may gain all the benefits of our services at a net zero cost!
